Position: Medical Office Manager
Department: Primary Care
Job Purpose: Supervisory, Office and Administrative
Duties:
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Provides office services by maintaining office systems, processes, supplies, equipment and facilities; supervising staff.
Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes.
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures
Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying system improvements.
Meets office services operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews
Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating needed supplies and furnishings; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies and furnishings; verifying receipt of supplies and furnishings.
Ensure operation of office equipment by completing or arranging for preventative maintenance requirements; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventory; evaluating and recommending new equipment and techniques.
Creates and/or revises office systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, office layout, forms control, internal and external communications; implementing changes.
Assesses customer satisfaction with services and resolves complaints by designing and implementing satisfaction surveys; analyzing and interpreting results; planning and directing improvement opportunities and follow-up.
Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
